At the same time we were fighting to defeat assisted suicide in the Vermont State Senate last week, The New York Times was running a series of debate articles on the issue. In the New York Times Opinion Pages titled, Room for Debate, there were several articles published under the topic “Why Do Americans Balk at Euthanasia Laws?”
